I’m a BACP registered counsellor offering a safe space for you to explore any issues that trouble you. I offer 50-minute face to face sessions from Life Force in Colchester.

I’m also a hoarding support specialist, offering compassionate, non-judgemental practical support for anyone whose life is affected by mess, clutter or hoarding of any kind.

I work in homes to help create space for living, and I offer counselling to help create head space for being.
